Making new products to put on the market is actually a lot of fun designing & creating electronic circuits to do pretty unique  tricks, like this 3rd gen "Toilet Seat Up" device shown here. It reminds  men to lower the seat when done and warns women if the seat has been left up so she'll never experience a "splash down" fall into the toilet bowl.
