WHAT'S MISSING IN YOUR "EXPORT" KIT?
Adhesive Spray (KK-2000): This can is considered "HazMat" only because it is a pressurized container. The actual contents are inert, ozone-free, non-toxic and non-flamable. Regulations prohibit "pressurized vessels" aboard any aircraft. You must obtain this item locally in your area. We have two lists here to help you find this particular adhesive. (Unfortunately, we have not found any other alternative to the Sulky brand to work with the DecalPRO process).
This kit can be shipped various ways, but not all ways are available for your location. Please pay special attention to the list of available options. IF YOU ARE OUT OF THE COUNTRY... you can only select from the below listed services. The automated shopping cart can not distinguish a USA address from an export one so you can select an shipping method that can't be done. If you select any other option other than these three, your package will not ship and we'll have to go back and forth with emails to collect the required funds, before it can be shipped.
EXPORT SHIPPING OPTIONS
1) U.S. Global Priority Mail (GPM)
2) United Parcel Service (UPS)

1) Global Priority Mail:
"Flat Rate" charge by geographic area. The "Export/Air" version of our DecalPRO kit can be shipped by "Global Priority Mail" for a flat-rate. Although this method has been proven to be very reliable, know that that this method is not trackable, it is not insurable and carries no guarantee it will get to its final destination. Balance the risk vs cost for Global Priority compared to the second option of using the very high priced (but guaranteed) UPS International rates. Estimated delivery times for Global Priority Mail averages about 1 week but can be as long as 3 weeks or more for extended destinations around the world. Generally speaking it's reliable and quite fast to most parts of the world averaging about 7 days for the European continent.REMEMBER: Before you order, keep in mind that you could loose your entire order and there is nothing that can be done from our end to find your package!
The failure rate is much less than 1%... but we want you to be aware that it could happen! On the plus side, for all of 2006, we only had one package go missing. If your package never shows up there is no recourse and your credit card purchase can not be refunded... it would be a total loss. You can however, change the mode of shipping to UPS if you prefer. It's a lot more expensive, but it's totally secure with a guaranteed delivery commitment... and that's what you are paying for as opposed to the "mail" system. We don't recommend this for method for expensive items, but you have the final say.
By selecting "Global Priority Mail" you agree to accept the small, but ever present risk. We only make this mode of shipping available because of the high demand for this product overseas at a low shipping cost. We don't recommend it because there is no guarantee of delivery or product integrity. Damaged goods are not returnable! Also, there is a maximum package weight of 4 pounds.
2) UPS:
SPECIAL NOTE JUST FOR CANADIANS SELECTING "UPS STANDARD" for ground service: UPS will be the assigned "broker" for your shipment. This is not a cheap service charge! The fee you pay us at the time of orderding may seem very reasonable but the fee you pay at the time of ordering is only for the actual UPS shipment and does not all other fees to include UPS's Brokerage fee, Customs, Duity and Taxes (if any). We stongly suggest you contact the Canadian UPS center to get an understanding of what the fees are going to be before your shpment arrives. UPS wil be collecting all fees at the time of delivery. If you elect to ship by "air" (Expedited or Express) all UPS fees are included in the price but excludes Customs, Duty & Taxes. Sometimes this can be the cheaper way to go!
