Some of our products are not sold through Pulsar direct. Because of this, we can not speak for their respective return policies. Contact the respective company that you plan to purchase through if you have any questions.
Full "Money Back" refund details through us:
- Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are not refunded.
- Products to be returned must be in resellable condition with all original manufacturer's boxing and miscellaneous support paperwork. Consumable products being returned are pro-rated for the remaining quantity being returned.
- Software titles must not have been "registered" with New Wave Concepts (the manufacturer).
- Items being returned due to defective nature or needing warranty work will be the responsibility of the customer for safe packing and insured. We will pay for return shipment via UPS Ground to all continental USA addresses. Outside the USA, S&H charges must be received prior to shipment.
- Before returning goods, you must call us in advance to get an RMA number so we can track the return through the channels to get you your refund quickly. Return shipping should be via a common carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc) and insured for original value!
- Pack the item to be returned with AT LEAST 2" of packing material on all 6 sides of a good quality box. This is a requirement of both carriers in the event there is a claim against the shipment for damage. If upon inspection, the carriers' agent does not see that the product was properly packed (e.g. 2" of packing all around the product) you could stand to loose your insurance coverage resulting in a total loss with no refund. We will assist you on any questions you might have making a return.
- Original sales made by credit card will be refunded by company check, made out to the originator of the sale only.
