Not much that can be said here for this option. It is however, a great way to have boards made for you if you have lots of money that's burning a hole in your pocket.
If you're not versed in Gerber file format... start! All board houses require this standard format. Next, pay the man a lot of money and wait a week or two. This sounds great doesn't it? Eventually, you'll get back a half-dozen boards, (somebody please tell us why you get 6 prototype boards when you only need one).
They do a really great job, but you are paying through the nose for this "great work", complete with all the amenities... standard through fine-line traces, solder mask, plated-thru holes and a parts insertion layer screen printed on top.
